Target Your Six Fat Spots

Many people find it impossible to shift stubborn areas of excess fat that distort our body shape. You may exercise hard and go on a diet, but still cant seem to budge the bingo wings, protruding tummy, heavy thighs and big bottom, love handles, man boobs and females bra fat bulge.

Bingo Wings: If you have an excessive amount of fat on your triceps (Back of your upper arm), you may have low levels of the hormone TESTOSTERONE. This powerful hormone, which is produced by both sexes promotes stronger, leaner muscles and reduced body fat stores.

Stomach Fat: If you have an excessive amount of fat on your stomach area, this suggests that not only you have a poor diet but you have a problem with your adrenal glands and CORTISOL production.

Bra Bulge Fat: Ladies this one is for you, If you have fat bulging out of the sides of your bra then you may well have a sluggish thyroid. This gland secretes two hormones, THYROXINE and TRIIODOTHYRONINE, which govern your metabolic rate - the rate at which you burn calories from the food you eat.
